The Bottom Line

You could go on and on and on about managerial principles, but even in a harmonious business, there are three things you will never be able to control:

1.) Problems are usually the result of something stupid and annoying.

2.) Even the best worker screws up from time to time.

3.) On occasion, customers throw fits for no apparent reason.

Everything else boils down to a simple matter of numbers. That's the easy part.
